YouTube app for Android is rolling out an update. Latest version is 6.0 now. They release new version with Material Design support and little tweaking to the navigation panel as well and some updated search functionality.
New version is now available to download on
playstore. The update began rolling out this afternoon and should find its way to your device over the weekend.
Safe search option is moved to General settings and old search category has been renamed with Privacy.
